They may produce clothing, but that is not what they are selling, Beyond Clothing sells survival systems. They state and show this themselves in the way they present there clothing. To elaborate on this further Beyond showcases there products as an intricate layered system thats' foundation is primarily based from your regional (or areas that you plan on frequenting) climate and temperature ranges. They also add another branching principal to there system that adds even more depth, that's is the activity level. When building your personal layer setup, using there sites simple yet intuitive system builder, you are given a few choices to start your build. First you must choose your climate range, extreme cold, cold/windy, cold/wet, and temperate/wet. Then you choose your gear based on your activities, whether you are going to be active or static. They have many different options to chose from when building you own personalized setup. 

Beyond Clothing is very similar to Arc'teryx (for those more familiar with the larger brand) in many aspects, such as material choice and design. From extensive use of many products from both companies I give the edge to Beyond over Arc'teryx for many of there similar products. Also Beyond clothing is a U.S. company that produces its products right here in the United States, not a made in America as in Mexico or a different North or South American country, so they definitely get my vote over there competition in that aspect. There are reviews coming for products from both companies.
